Amy Schneider00:04 06 May 23I have been a patient of Pain Specialists of America for about 7 years and of PSA Cedar Park for about 1 year. The staff and physicians have always listened to my concerns, involved me in creating a proactive care plan, heard and responded well to my feedback. They have lept through many insurance hoops to assist with my financial well-being throughout our relationship in addition to providing excellent quality care. Although I have experienced a few handoffs from physician to physician due to changes in care staffing, I have never felt any gaps in care or experienced any poor handoffs. The incoming care staff members have always taken the time to familiarize themselves with my lengthy case history so they were fully up to speed when we first were introduced. The doctors really do care for the patients not just chasing the dollar, as with so many of the doctors around this area. Sweet, understanding, and responsive to questions or concerns. Dr Hasson himself is so patient and generous with his time. Living with severe chronic pain is lonely, as many don’t understand. I’ve been dismissed, especially before diagnosis; I’ve dealt with misogyny, where I would have to have my husband with me to attest to my struggles and left feeling humiliated.Dr Hassoon is very different. Every question is answered, every concern addressed. If I cry from pain, I don’t feel like he’s questioning my sanity.He’s also cautious and clear. He is professional and doesn’t rush or pressure treatments. He’s open to trying new things. And even though I’ve had a fear of treatments in the past, I have been getting more confident about trying procedures that have frightened me in the past because I trust Dr Hasoon and being in his care. I’m cautiously hopeful we can find some relief one day.Kurt15:23 15 May 21I saw Dr. Hasoon at the Round Rock location but will change to Cedar Park only for less driving. As an ex-nurse & lab tech I couldn't be more impressed. This was just my 1st visit & consultation but I'm sorry I didn't find CTP earlier.
