From my first encounter through my most recent procedure, the staff and Dr. Puri have provided excellent care during this challenging time. They respond quickly to my calls, helping me navigate pre-authorizations, refills and other issues. Dr. Puri and his assistant Terrez clearly explain procedures and options for relieving my pain. I greatly appreciate the compassionate approach to care demonstrated by every member of Dr. Puri's team.

Dr. Donaparthi is a wonderful pain specialist. I’m so lucky I found her. The staff at the Pain Relief Surgery Center were so kind and knowledgeable of their jobs. Dr. Gutierrez takes his time to listen to your concerns. Gives you options, explains the procedures in detail. His staff is very caring as well. Prior to my first visit I did research and he was highly recommend. He’s the best in his field. You will be glad you chose Dr. Gutierrez.

Everyone at the facility was amazing. I've had multiple procedures at different facilities and this one is by far the best. Everyone from the admin staff to my doctor went above and beyond. I feel so comfortable being in their care.

Very happy with the numerous spinal injections and very thorough consultations I have received over the past year. This last time, I decided to try it with only a local rather than general anesthesia. I’m so glad I did as I barely felt the injections! The whole staff is very thorough and extremely friendly and I’m so glad I have this practice helping me with treatment pertaining to my back pain.

Dr Gutierrez and his staff took care of my shoulder pain by using a nerve stimulator for a trial period of 60days. As soon as he inserted the leads, my shoulder pain was gone, and it has stayed gone ever since. It's now been three months since the beginning of this procedure and am still pain free! I begin PT to strengthen that shoulder in about ten daysI recommend Dr Genaro Gutierrez, the Central Texas Pain Center, and PSA. The whole team is caring, highly educated and efficient.Check them out!

Amazed to get a return call from the Dr himself! The nurse practitioner is also very responsive to changing pain issues. Highly recommend this practice.

The nurses are friendly and helpful. Dr. Wansom is direct, informative and reassuring. My procedures were completed really fast. Fast as in efficient, not rushed. I'm really not a big fan of needles and wasn't thrilled about getting the stabbed into my neck. They made the process as painless as possible and I am very thankful for that. I hope everyone enjoyed the honey and homemade goat caramel I brought them. Looking forward to getting injured again so I can visit 😛

I have been in my share of surgical centers, hospitals, etc.over the years and I can tell you this was one of the best. From the clerical staff, to the techs, to the nurses, to Dr. Bengston, to recovery, I was treated with the upmost respect. Everyone was very curtious and made sure I was well taken care of. Thank you all for making sure my procedure went smooth and pretty much worry free.

Great nursing staff. Friendly Doctors. Accessible Anesthesiologists. Wonderful Bedside Manner, all the way around. Even the Receptionist/Admin was helpful and friendly. And I'm feeling better, already!Picture may not be suitable for all audiences. Take proper precautions at work and around minors or the squeamish.
